North Dakota firm to build ethanol plant in Delaware County
North Central Construction Co. of Fargo will be general contractor for a new ethanol plant south of Earlville off Highway 20 in eastern Delaware County. The 350 by 120 foot building costs about 1.2 million with total project cost at 20.1 million including equipment. The site covers 80 acres and operation is targeted for November 2002 with up to 120 workers.
