Mason City Man Killed In Freak Car Accident

Roger A. Tibbits 29, manager of tail Credit of Mason City, died after his car struck a steel wire hanging from a power line tower west of Mason City. The vehicle tipped, skidded 100 feet, and rolled, suffering a head injury.
