Minister's naked light therapy sparks legal fights over cult status
In Kane and Cook counties a minister named Philip Livingston faces criminal and civil actions over a ritual called light therapy. Female followers reportedly removed clothes and underwent sessions where he touched them during prayer. Allegations include involvement of a teenager, custody disputes, and debates on whether the group is a cult.
