Manufactured home plan revised for Cedar Rapids site
The City Planning Commission tabled Jim Sattler's proposal for a manufactured home park on Council Street NE amid opposition from Robins officials and more than 800 petition signers. Sattler has dropped commercial and office elements and seeks a zoning change to allow 101 homes on the west side and 225 on the east, yielding a lower density. The commission will reconvene October 18 to rule on the revised plan.
