Traffic relief planned on Highway 965 in Coralville and North Liberty
Winter respite expected as road widening and intersection improvements on Highway 965 pause. North Liberty north end remains closed north of Penn Street while Coralville routes traffic onto northbound lanes near Heartland Drive. Work to widen half a mile to four lanes, add trails and an underpass resumes in spring with completion anticipated next summer.
