Video-poker operator pleads guilty in Iowa plea deal

Ken neth Dale French admitted 30 gambling charges in a plea bargain, pleading guilty to 15 counts each of illegal gaming and illegal possession of a gambling device. Jobless rate in Iowa rises as recession hits state
