Forevergreen extends east toward Coralville and growth
The Forevergreen corridor near I 380 and 80 is eyed for a full four lane upgrade and a new interchange. Plans show Forevergreen Road extending about three miles through timber and farms to connect with Dubuque Street near the future Christine Grant Elementary. Development hinges on faster interchange work and utilities expansion as North Liberty and Coralville prepare housing schools and retail growth.
