Padgett hospitalized after alleged overdose in kidnapping case
Robert Ray Padgett, convicted of kidnapping 11 year old Kimberly Ann Marshall, was hospitalized in stable condition after an overdose of prescription drugs. Sheriff Arnold said Padgett saved and took the pills during the trial. he was to be moved to Fort Madison.
