Small Business Health Insurance Exchanges Delayed Again
The federal health care website will not serve small businesses in 36 states including Iowa until November 2014. Brokers or direct insurer enrollments remain available. Officials say the delay aims to help adaptation as rollout issues persist. Critics say the policy remains flawed and insufficient.
