Vision In Motion Hosts Education Conference On Concussions In Iowa
Cedar Rapids Vision In Motion hosts a state wide continuing education conference for health care professionals caregivers and consumers focusing on concussions and brain injuries with speakers Dr Mark Lovell and Dr Jamie Pardini presenting on the ImPACT program. The nonprofit also provides informational presentations to the Brain Injury Association of Iowa Kiwanis Rotary clubs Rockwell Collins Low Vision Support Groups Northeastern Iowa and community health fairs. Through a Rockwell Collins charitable grant a visagraph clinic aided Four Oaks campus school students to identify eye tracking issues potentially affecting reading scores.
