Forever changed An Iowa soldier's story
Kenny Lukes, a 30 year old Protivin Iowa National Guard soldier, lost his left arm in a November 1 2004 ambush near Sharana Afghanistan. In a two grenade strike on a rear convoy Humvee his unit faced a fire that lit fuel cans and opened the back hatch exposing him to sunlight as he freed himself and checked his crew.

Powerball Winners Tax Windfall Hit 2.85 Billion Says IRS Data

Mulit-State Lottery Association figures show federal withholding reaching up to 1.9 billion, with IRS noting rates of 25 28 or 30 percent plus top 35 percent on jackpots.
