Russian official says Wallenberg shot by Soviets
Moscow says Raoul Wallenberg, the Swedish diplomat who aided Jews during WWII, was unquestionably shot and killed by Soviet authorities at Lubyanka. Alexander Yakovlev, head of a Russian commission, claims responsibility and notes the case may be settled before Stalin's 1953 death. A Swedish-Russian inquiry will issue its final report in January.
