Air quality cleared in Central City after oil fire

Officials with Linn County Regional Hazardous Materials Response Team announced air quality was safe in Central City where an oil filter recycling plant burned on Thursday. Fire crews battled a storage and processing area fire, with tanks leaking oil and several explosions, as responders from multiple departments investigated the scene.
