Zoning board rejects plan for golf course

The Linn County Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denying 138 acres of agricultural land rezoning and a conditional use permit for an 18 hole golf course with 24 housing units due to traffic concerns and failure to meet the county Land Use Plan.
