Marion High student charged with third degree sexual abuse
Hazen R Vann 18 a Marion High School senior faces a Linn County District Court charge of third degree sexual abuse after allegedly forcing a sex act on a 17 year old female on school grounds Monday and Tuesday. Police said the victim reported two incidents during school hours at Marion High School and Vann admitted to both acts. He was arrested after an interview at the police station following a report to the high school. The charge carries up to 10 years in prison and a 10000 dollar fine.
