Progress in Theresa Kelly homicide probe in Oklahoma
Oklahoma investigator says progress is being made in the Theresa M. Kelly homicide investigation. Agent Dale Sparks told a Cedar Rapids news conference that the case is being pursued as murder and that leads are being developed in Cedar Rapids. He and Agent Cliff Gannon and Kiowa County Sheriff Herb Henderson are interviewing people who knew Kelly and declined to name interviewees or link the case to two jail inmates previously noted as friends. The body was found Oct. 16 at a dam at Lake Altus and the Medical Examiner ruled drowning, though not a typical drowning. Sparks noted continued cooperation from locals and uncertain future stay in Cedar Rapids.
