DES MOINES (UP) Polk County grand jury charged Gunner Glad 22 former Varsity theater manager with making liquor available to minors. He had been arrested after residents complained of after hours parties at the theater and later accused of conspiring with three boys to fix the theater bank night drawing. The conspiracy charge remained under investigation.
