County Attorneys Push Iowa to Lower Drunk Driving Limit

Black Hawk County Attorney Tom Ferguson led a statewide push at the annual meeting for the Legislature to reduce the legal blood alcohol limit from 0.10 to 0.08. IRS seeks hundreds of Iowa refund recipients

The IRS reports 492 Iowa taxpayers have not received federal tax refunds totaling over 275000 dollars.
