Onyale V Hughes 44 of Cedar Rapids will plead guilty next week to first degree arson voluntary manslaughter and animal abuse in the 2016 death of Robyn Furmanski 62. He originally faced first degree murder first degree arson and first degree robbery. The case ties to a condo fire on March 31 2016 at 1218 Oakland Rd NE Cedar Rapids.
