In Ann Arbor Michigan two youths William R Morey III and Jacob Maxwell both 18 were convicted of first degree murder for the killing of Nurse Pauline Campbell during a beer and gasoline money robbery. A third youth David Lee Royal 18 was found guilty of second degree murder. Campbell 34 was slain near her rooming house after a hospital duty tour on Sept 15. The purse robbery netted under $1.50.

Eight Musical Units To Be in Holiday Parade
Cedar Rapids to host its annual Christmas parade this Saturday at 10 a.m. downtown. Forest City Iowa AP Larry Johnson 13 was killed Tuesday when the tractor he was driving overturned on a bridge over a ditch on his father's farm near Woden in Hancock County.
