Ex-accountant indicted on more theft charges in Cedar Rapids
Teresa Lynn Meeks 59 faces seven counts of wire fraud and two counts of aggravated identity theft in federal court. She allegedly embezzled about 350000 from Primus Construction and its affiliates from 2009 to 2014, writing checks to herself or a company owned by her and her husband. She previously faced initial charges and will be arraigned today on the new counts.
