Ex-postal worker admits mail theft in Iowa
Glenn A. Reisinger of Norwalk admitted theft allegations after indictment and tape evidence showing he took Menard rebate checks from mail addressed to customers. He says he retired under pressure from a West Des Moines post office job after 29 years. The grand jury indicted him on one count of theft by a postal employee for five checks totaling 577 dollars. He plans to plead not guilty and contest the charges in Des Moines federal court.
