Burrell T Rupe Jr 33 and Steven Poorman 19 were arrested in a burglary case at Colin Christianson s residence. Rings coins and a shotgun were taken. Rupe faces third degree theft charges and Poorman second degree theft. All items were recovered. An 8 year old boy was approached by a stranger in Noelridge Park who grabbed at him before the boy ran away.
