Memorial fund established. Born December 19 1910 Rutledge Missouri she held nursing roles in Chicago Iowa City Mercy Hospital and University Hospitals before retiring in 1971. She married Don Cooper in 1941. survived by children Gary Redlinger Don II Pat Robert Bev. many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Snowmobilers banned after dog killing in Delaware County
Two Delaware County men Benjamin White and Douglas Scherbring were banned from operating snowmobiles and ATVs for two years after pleading guilty to chasing and repeatedly running over a 6 year old Labrador retriever on a farm in Delhi Township.
