Iowa weighs broad plan to curb drunken drivers statewide
A Des Moines Register report shows a 66 item Iowa Impaired Driving Plan calling for 24/7 sobriety programs, portable breath test use in court, bartender training, and place of last drink programs. The push follows a March 26 I 80 crash that killed two officers and a prisoner.
