Hush money witness got improper pay from Iowa DAS probe
Former state agency attorney Ryan Lamb received over 22635 in improper disbursements from the Iowa Department of Administrative Services, including 13098 for military leave and 9537 for excess vacation payout. The audit found policy gaps and recommended stronger time sheet controls and military leave compliance. Governor Branstad officials consult AG on reimbursements. Lamb testified in confidentiality settlements and left DAS in 2014 for private work.
