Grassley Wins U S Senate Seat In Iowa Victory

Iowa voters elected Charles Grassley to succeed John Culver, ending Culver's term after one stint. Grassley received 680 755 votes 54 percent to Culver 578 722 46 percent with Libertarian Robert Hengerer third at 3 950. Grassley becomes Iowa's junior senator as Culver's bid for consecutive terms ends.

Sawyer vows no drastic changes after Linn County win
