Clear Channel faced sexual harassment suit in California

A Los Angeles County suit alleges Clear Channel Communications and its radio unit tolerated hostile treatment of women and fired a senior executive who objected. Karen Childress, former Premiere Radio Networks VP, says she was terminated after warning about an offensive group email and nude image message. The case seeks over 10 million dollars.

FCC orders AT T fine over telemarketing calls

The Federal Communications Commission plans a 780000 dollar penalty against AT T for making calls to 29 customers on 78 occasions after they asked not to be called. The FCC cites violation of the Do Not Call rule and says AT T must respond in 30 days while the national registry moves forward.
