Cedar Rapids man Arthur Mickelson age 51 of 1326 L avenue NE was sentenced to three months in county jail after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He parked in the center of K avenue and Center Point road NE and was cited Thursday for intoxication before the charge was changed to drunk driving. County Attorney G K Thompson said he would seek a one year license revocation. Motorcycle officers responded to a citizen's complaint about a drunk driver.
