Man Dies After A Avenue Crash Near I 380
Cedar Rapids man Robert Wildfield, 80, died after his pickup swerved off the road into a construction area under Interstate 380 near A Avenue and Third Street NE around 9:20 a.m. Thursday. Officials say a medical issue caused the swerve. He lived at 317 Paula La NE.

Burglary Arrests in Iowa City Linked to AutoZone Case
Iowa City police report four burglary arrests in three days. Charles Harvey and Edna Wales of Davenport face second degree theft third degree burglary and burglary tools charges after allegedly breaking into an AutoZone at 13 Highway 1 W. Harvey held on 17 000 bond and Wales on 15 000 bond. Preliminary hearings set Nov. 12. Two other men were arrested for car break ins on prior nights.
