It puts the wholesale value of these changes at $40.88 and the retail value at $50.12, with $9.99 for emission redesigns and $40.13 for other changes such as fuel economy, corrosion protection, and engine updates. The remaining increase reflects higher labor and material costs and manufacturer profits.
