Rockwell Indicted Again May Hit Government Bids
The 15 count indictment re turned Thursday against Rockwell International in Cedar Rapids marking the third such case in 12 years. The company is charged with altering timecards for a government contract for profit and could affect NASA bids on the space shuttle and C 130 contracts. NASA officials say the charges likely won’t help Rockwell’s chances though bids may still be awarded by year end.
