Fongs Pizza Surimi Pizza Becomes Cedar Rapids Icon

Fong's Pizza at 1006 Third St SE in Cedar Rapids serves from 11 am to 10 pm Sunday through Thursday and 11 am to 2 am Friday and Saturday with late night slices. The menu features a surimi topped crab rangoon pizza that helped make the spot a local legend. founders Gwen Page and partners opened the Des Moines site in January 2009 in a former King Ying Low space dating to around 1941.
