Cedar Rapids improves bike friendly scorecard status
Cedar Rapids earned silver in five of nine categories on the League of American Bicyclists scorecard, gold in three and bronze in one. Officials cite stronger bike culture and rights enforcement but note ridership remains the main weak spot and rely on local counts to track progress toward more facilities and higher cycling rates.
