Beirut car bomb kills 20 as hostage release rumored

A car bomb in Ashrafiyeh Beirut killed 20 and wounded 78. A Moslem west Beirut newspaper predicted release of four hostage teachers, three Americans and an Indian, held since Jan 24, 1987.
