Tartzell Asks Bill Of Particulars In Drake Estate Case
SIOUX CITY AP Oscar Hartzell promoter of the Drake estate returned to Chicago as his attorney prepared a demurrer and motion for a bill of particulars for presentation to Judge George C Srott. Hartzell appears in court Wednesday to plead. The motion demands detailing the exact circumstances of mailed letters in carrying out a scheme to defraud the unwary. The demurrer argues Hartzell, living in England, was outside U S jurisdiction and could not have committed a crime here.
