Linn County clinic signs contract to run mental health services
The Linn County Psychiatric Clinic board and county supervisors signed a long negotiated contract creating the Community Mental Health Center of Linn County Inc. The deal preserves clinic autonomy and envisions staff reorganizations that may save at least 40000 dollars. Executive director will be Forbes Johnson, with Penningroth remaining medical director and Bradke overseeing administration. The agreement becomes effective July 1 with temporary appointments filling new posts and ads for permanent staff to start immediately.
