Iowa Court of Appeals to hear Cricket Hollow Zoo appeal
The Iowa Court of Appeals will hear arguments June 22 on whether Judge Monica Wittig acted fairly in closing Cricket Hollow Zoo after finding deplorable conditions. Pamela and Thomas Sellner of Manchester appeal a 2019 ruling declaring the zoo a public nuisance and face separate contempt proceedings over animal custody and disposal timing.
