Linn District Court sentences include numerous drunk driving cases
Linn County court records show Gregory Lien 20 of Eastview Drive NW fined 85 dollars after two convictions from January 17. An assault charge was dismissed. Keith Brown received a 30 day suspended sentence and 116 dollars restitution for a December 14 assault. Multiple other defendants faced fines, jail time, probation, or drunk drivers school for various February to April charges. Credit given for days served and orders to attend classes noted.
