Endangered Cedar Rapids house saved for two families
The 1860s Doe-Paul House at 1316 Third Ave SE in Wellington Heights undergoes renovation to create two affordable housing units. St Pauls UMC and Matthew 25 partnered to fund a 490000 project with $150000 donated by the church and additional city and fund support. The goal is to rent to refugee families at or below 30 percent of area median income.
