Marengo Man Arrested in Cedar Rapids Shooting
A Marengo man, David Clancy, 58, was arrested after a Tuesday night shooting on Eighth Street SE Cedar Rapids that left a 59 year old man with multiple gunshot wounds. Investigators say the two argued at the victim’s home and Clancy fled before police stopped him in Iowa County. Clancy faces attempted murder and related charges.
