Drunk driving and indecent exposure cases dominate court records
A Linn District Court docket lists Larry A. Anderson 21 of 3201 H Ave NW serving one day for indecent exposure at Union 76. Charles R. Jones 23 of 1140 Ave NW fined 300 and given two days suspended jail for drunk driving with an additional 100 fine for an assault on Molly Jones. Seventeen more defendants, including Greg Morris and Norman J. Briggs, receive jail time or probation for drunk driving or related charges. Eleven defendants placed on probation. multiple cases dismissed or resolved by plea bargains.
