Trails shaping Cedar River and regional link plans
The Linn County Trails Association uses Cedar River Trail data to push for expanded regional links. A 1999 National Trails Day count logged 1623 users from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. while McGraw promotes an infrared electronic counter and a broad, funded plan linking trails from the Cedar River to Mount Vernon Lisbon and beyond.
