An NLRB spokesman said there is cause to believe a violation occurred and the petition will be filed in Cedar Rapids federal court this week.
In Hollywood, Harry and Bertha Fletcher, ages 78 and 73, fought off a would be robber who broke into their yard. The man, Jose Paramo, 20, was knocked to the ground after a brief struggle with the couple and later treated for injuries before being jailed for robbery.
