A 39 year old Cincinnati mother gave birth to quadruplets all boys and identical. The four babies arrived early Friday at 4:25 and 4:35 and 4:43 and 4:45 AM weighing 3 lb 14 oz 3 lb 12 oz 3 lb 5 oz and 3 lb even. The father is a 44 year old drill press operator. All are reported in good condition with the sons in incubators. The Minceys have five other children aged 6 to 17.
