Kenyan family roots run deep as Coe grad earns diploma

Diane Korir 23 of Cedar Rapids became the third in her family to graduate from Coe College and receive her diploma from her father Kip Korir a 1974 Coe graduate and track star. Her mother watched from Kenya as siblings Cindy Karen and Dan joined the celebration with honors noted for both Diane and Cindy.
