Hickenlooper warns of dereliction over Cuba troop pullout
Senator Hickenlooper says the administration would be derelict if it marks time with no plan to remove Soviet troops from Cuba while urging strong action to counter Fidel Castro. He also backs possible uses of force to curb a Castro takeover in Haiti and criticizes the OAS for inaction. Amb Mor rison says the OAS will act soon to halt Cuban subversion funds and agents. Miller questions a Banes naval base while Humphrey disputes any base buildup.
