Hubbell urges veto of Iowa tax-cut bill
Democratic candidate Fred Hubbell urged Gov. Reynolds to veto a GOP tax-cut package awaiting action. He supported some elements but warned against borrowing to fund government programs, saying the bill risks Iowa's finances and reserve funds. He spoke at the 14 day tour kickoff with endorsements from Des Moines officials.
