United Fire expands into four states with Ohio start
United Fire Group plans organic growth in four surrounding states after beginning policy writing in Ohio in September. The Cedar Rapids insurer posted 2015 premiums of 927 million and revenue of 1 billion, expects over 1 billion in property and casualty premiums this year, and part of remodeling the American Building slated for completion.
