Preschool teaches tots nutrition at Rutgers program
At the Nutritional Sciences Preschool at Rutgers University a three year old class learns to choose fruit and vegetables over junk foods. The half day program, begun in 1991, includes at least 30 minutes of nutrition lessons daily taught by Rutgers students.
